Just a lil announcement...The Manni-Queen will change her name to:

The Manni Quin effectively from 28th August 2010.
However our email is still the same: themanniqueen@gmail.com
(yes apparently we are not supposed to use the word 'queen'. so we had to change our name)

And our Registration Number is PG0270202-D

We've encountered several back-outs customers and we wish to highlight here.

1. Please do inform us if you no longer wish to purchase our item. We won't be angry but please do not keep us wondering where you've gone to.

2. Please try to pay within 2 days. If you are unable to do so, please let us know and we will gladly reserve the item for you.

3. Please fill in the order form with correct details. Sometimes we tend to overlook the changes because we pack the goods according to the order forms.

4. Those who wants us to restock, you will have to pay the full amount before we will restock the item for you. This is to prevent MIA-s after we have restocked.

We have tried to be as flexible as possible because this is not a multi-million dollar business but just a small business that two sisters set up as a hobby+part time.

5. Sold out items are removed for easy viewing.

6. Please highlight to us if you are a RETURNING CUSTOMERS. We have free gifts/ discounts/ free postage offers for returning customers. Cheers!!!!

4. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations allowed once order is placed. Non serious buyers will be blacklisted. Please fill in the form only when you are confirm with your purchase.

5. COD is provided at:
-USM Main Campus, Sg Dua branch (Monday to Friday)

6. Goods will be mailed within 3 working days.

7. We should not be held responsible for lost/damage during postage

8. Payment should be done within 2 days after ordering. Otherwise, the items will be released to the next person in waiting list.

9. Postage will only be done after payment is received.
